Vibe Restaurant Group traces its origins to a single Little Caesars® store opened in 2005 in Nacogdoches, Texas. It has since grown to become one of the largest franchisees of the Little Caesars® concept. Today the group comprises nearly 50 companies that operate over 60 locations in eight states and the District of Columbia. Vibe subsidiaries are also franchisees of the Which Wich® sandwich concept.
Description of Position

- Highly organized. Able to create a strategy, articulate it effectively and put together a plan to execute it.
- Tactical in execution of plans. Someone who is energized by being in the field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Conveys a sense of urgency and projects a positive, proactive desire to support a broad range of initiatives.
- Self-starter, highly-motivated, high-energy

- 15 years leading a major restaurant chain with exposure to the franchisee side of the business.
