Vibe Restaurant Group traces its origins to a single Little Caesars® store opened in 2005 in Nacogdoches, Texas. It has since grown to become one of the largest franchisees of the Little Caesars® concept. Today the group comprises nearly 50 companies that operate over 60 locations in eight states and the District of Columbia. Vibe subsidiaries are also franchisees of the Which Wich® sandwich concept.

Description of Position

qualifications

  • Highly organized. Able to create a strategy, articulate it effectively and put together a plan to execute it. 
  • Tactical in execution of plans. Someone who is energized by being in the field. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and projects a positive, proactive desire to support a broad range of initiatives.
  • Self-starter, highly-motivated, high-energy
  • High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
  • Comfort with uncertainty: we are a growing, entrepreneurial concept, with all the challenges and wonders
  • Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.
  • 15 years leading a major restaurant chain with exposure to the franchisee side of the business.
